Project Overview:

This 4-story hotel project consists of 55,252 square feet and 89 guest rooms. While the schedule allowed for a more measured pace, Chevelle maintained high-velocity production to ensure the General Contractor remained ahead of schedule.

Using our proprietary Printed Plate and Pre-Cut Component process, we achieved a consistent output of 4,600 SF per week. Beyond the primary structure, our scope included the specialized framing of the porte cochere and the subsequent installation of the full window package.
