Project Overview:
Mountain Ridge is a massive Type III construction development totaling 234,040 square feet. The project encompasses 235 apartments across two 5-story buildings and a central clubhouse. Chevelle is providing a comprehensive turnkey scope including both rough carpentry and structural steel.
The Chevelle Advantage:
Targeting a rapid 4-month top-out, we are utilizing our Component Optimization Process to manage a workforce of over 45 onsite craftsmen. By coordinating the structural steel and wood framing under one roof, we eliminate the traditional bottlenecks found in multi-family builds. We are currently on track to meet our April 30, 2026, top-out goal.
