Framing Superintendent (Full time) - Chevelle Contractors

Energetic and detail-oriented individual with a solid knowledge of wood frame construction.
Excellent leadership and planning skills, including written and verbal communication.
Experience in reading and implementing construction plans and take-off lists.
Experience with the framing process and inspections.
Experience with Project Management Software (ex: Procore and Blue Beam)
2 years of relevant experience.

Assist in developing project schedules for fabrication and installation of wood framing for multi-family, hospitality, student housing, commercial, and custom home construction.
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors/suppliers, and other third parties as needed.
Provide site management and for framing crews.
Keep an open line of communication with clients and other subcontractors to ensure proper coordination.
Resolve issues to keep projects running on time and on budget.
Additional duties as assigned.
