Here’s how it works:
- Our design team will work with you to value engineer your buildings, utilizing total stations and 3-D modeling to ensure precise measurements and accuracy in coordinates for framing and the infrastructure around it (pipe, conduit, etc.).
- Once complete, that 3-D model is programmed into our digital saw.
- The saw prints the plates, then cuts and labels all the wood framing components at our shop.
- Our crew then assembles the components into bundles that are ready to be assembled at the job site.
- At the job site, our skilled framers install the pre-cut and labeled frame components.
This digitized process, which requires less cutting, less hauling, and less time on site than traditional framing methods, saves time on reading plans, reduces human error and minimizes wasted materials.
