Scope of Work:
This project included stick frame walls using plate and component bundles to maximize efficiency and stick frame floors using TJI® flooring.
Unique Problem Solved:
Despite delays due to one of the wettest winters on record, we were able to catch up and not only get back on schedule, but get ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, the overall project suffered unexpected delays that set work back a couple of months. The impact of the delay is minimal since we were ahead of schedule on the first two thirds of the project, and we are nearing the finish line on our scope of work.
