Project Overview:

Livsmart Studios is a 4-story hospitality project spanning 59,754 square feet and featuring 114 guest rooms. Chevelle was brought on by Avantgarde Construction on a labor-only basis to execute an exceptionally aggressive two-month build schedule.

The Chevelle Advantage:

To meet the 60-day timeline, we utilized prefabricated wall panels and pre-cut floor joist packs. By leveraging these off-site components, we successfully topped out the roof by October 9, 2025. Following the structural phase, our teams executed a precision punch-out process—including complex pool room framing—to ensure all inspections passed level-by-level, staying ahead of following trades.
