Tower Crane Operator Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with ability to operate different types of cranes.
- Ability to lift heavy loads, tolerate heights, and stand for long hours.
- NCCCO certification preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI standards for crane operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tower cranes efficiently.
- Transfer wood and steel framing materials to construction sites safely and efficiently.
- Bind loads to cranes.
- Inspect equipment to ensure safety and keep an accurate activity log.
- Set up machinery from the manufacturer’s instructions and perform basic repairs.
- Coordinate with ground crews, communicating with hand and verbal signals.
- Follow all safety guidelines and policies.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Pay and Benefits:
